A former educator in the Taylor ISD elementary school system, Shannon now empowers teachers through her dynamic role within the EdTech industry, inspiring them to unlock the full potential of their students. When she is not busy cheering on her boys at their band or athletic events, navigating the exciting world of education, or traveling with her family, Shannon enjoys channeling her artistic passion through photography and videography.

In my capacity as Director of Partnerships at BetterLesson, I spearheaded and executed top-of-funnel sales initiatives within the K-12 professional learning sector. As a result of my efforts, I significantly expanded the new business pipeline by 1.3m in FY 2024. Notably, my performance in Fiscal Year 2024 placed me among the top two individuals on the sales leaderboard, a testament to my effectiveness during a period characterized by significant market headwinds.
